State of Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Sealed Products: Items such as booster boxes, packs, and theme decks must be returned unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition. We do not accept returns on opened sealed products.
- Single Cards: Single cards must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.
Reason for Return: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We also accept returns for other reasons within the 14-day window, provided the items meet the "State of Return" conditions.

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.
